This company is without question one of the best! I ordered a maple that is not available locally and it arrived incredibly healthy and well packaged for shipping. I voluntarily wrote them a note telling them of my appreciation for their service since I have ordered from other nurseries that were a disaster. I will definitely be a loyal client to Nature Hills!
Pleasantly surprised. I purchased a lilac plant. Was promised it would be 2-3 feet bare root plant. Arrived nicely packaged. Roots were in mulch, wrapped in a special paper to also keep them from and drying out. Plant was very nice. Five branches with buds three feet tall. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

I have purchased from nature hills in the past and the tree looks wonderful . The only thing I don’t like is the high shipping cost
High quality tree! The communications were a bit lacking. The times that were quoted to me as far as when it was going to ship were off by three to five days with no communication letting me know. When I emailed the customer service dept my email was reponded to in a timely matter, which I appreciated but I feel I shouldnt have had to send it.

This was my second interaction with Nature HIlls and it was as pleasant and fruitful as the first. This time I ordered three green velvet boxwoods to spruce up my house border,. They arrived in pristine condition. I planted them according to the included instructions, put down my mulch, and am now enjoying their beauty every time I come into the house.
