“Initially I was disappointed as their business hours not posted on website nor on voicemail greeting and I wanted to talk to someone on the weekend when I was shopping. I was pleased with prompt delivery and healthy looking plants. I would urge them to be more specific about the river birch trees as they are usually sold in clumps but the trees I received are single trunk, not a clump.”
