“I received a plant that was damaged. I emailed customer support but due to the delay in their response I threw away the box and plant. Afterwards I received an email stating to receive a refund I must provide photo proof. I explained my situation but never received a response. Weeks later I received a new plant without notice. I was happy with receiving a replacement but some follow up would have been helpful ”
