“This is not about the order I received. It was prompt and the shrubs were superb. My complaint is I was going to order some roses but they did not specify the growing zone. I sent emails on two separate occasions for the growing zone and received no reply.”
“I ordered a sweet bay magnolia. I was at fault for not realizing that it was a bare root plant. When I received the plant it looked dried out & dead. Followed instructions, but I could not plant due to excessive rain. Put in bucket with dirt until I could plant in ground. It turned completely black/brown & appears dead now. It's been in ground about 1 month. I did send email about problem just before planting but never heard back from you. I did buy other living trees that do have new growth so hopefully these will make it.... read more
