“There was nothing wrong with the online shopping experience per se. The issue is that the tree, which was planted the day it was received, has not shown any signs of life (or emergence from dormancy) after two months of care and feeding. Perhaps purchasing a tree online (i.e., one that has to survive the shipping process) has an inherently low probability of success/survival.”
“We received a Tulip tree that has yet to bloom and is dead. The limps break. I called a couple of weeks ago to report the tree is dead and was told to wait until the middle of June to call back..."it takes up to 60 days to bloom." Well the tree is dead!!
