I don't know what I was expecting to show up, but what I received was something similar to Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. “When the bare root ginko arrived, I was a little concerned that the root had been cut too short and wouldn't be able to sustain the tree. In a few weeks, however, the buds began to show green and now the tree is leafing out nicely. I purchased from you because local nurseries all have pretty much the same varieties, and I like many varieties that they just don't stock. After this purchase, I know that I can get the trees I want delivered right to my door and that they will be packaged properly and ready to plant.”
“I ordered a crabapple from the site and received it as described. It sprouted quickly, and even though we planted it late in spring, it produced flowers and a couple of apples. This is beyond what I expected. Before ordering the tree, I called customer service and got to talk to a friendly customer service person who helped me pick out the tree I'd want to buy (crabapple vs. hawthorn).”
