They have no customer service at all if you have any issues. I’ve emailed, called and text for days without any response. I ordered plants from them and never received the complete order.

Billing is terrible. Nature Hills only want received order and don't care over charged. I had try to get back over charge, no body take response. They offer free shipping, still charged. They offer buy 7+ can get 20% off, still charged me full price. I had try many many way to contact with them, no answers.

There is no way to talk to a person. If you need help you talk to a robot, that do not know anything. really sad.
