Do not buy from nature hills nursery. I placed an order in June of 2024 that said it would be delivered in a few weeks. As of May 2025, I still have yet to receive my full order. After a 6 months delay, I asked to be refunded and cancel my order but they were going to charge a 20-25% restocking fee on a $500 order. There has been zero proactive communication and lots of wasted hours just trying to get an order they took my money for a year ago. Last fall I ordered two bushes from Nature Hills Nursery. The bushes never came. I sent email to their sales email address. They told me they were pulling for delivery, the bushes I wanted and they should come soon. That was over a month ago. I kept sending email to the same sale email address, then I received an email that the email address was not monitored. Two week ago I contacted the company via a chat. Not only were some of the plants we received dead when we got them, I made a claim well before the year was over on the complimentary warranty on 6 of the plants, but since I wasn't ready to order until after the 1 year, they didn't honor the claim I had already made. Then when I went to use my credit for the plants that had died that I paid for an extra warranty on, I come to find out shipping isn't covered and my store credit couldn't apply to shipping which cost me over $55 for 2 #3 plants. Ordered two trees online from Nature Hills and never got a confirmation of the order. So Nnext I called them directly and ordered the trees. I received the two trees but then noticed on my credit card statement that I had been charged twice for the trees. Horrible experience with this company! I ordered two bareroot 3-packs and half of my order arrived molded. I have been trying to contact customer service for days now. No reply to my emails, and at this point, I've been on hold for over an hour trying to reach customer service through their phone number listed on the website. I hope they take better care of their plants than they do their customers.

SOOOOOO disappointed.  I just received my plants.  They are very tiny compared to what they should have been.  Before I placed my order I called and asked the company how big the actual plant above the dirt would be.  It was important for our landscape that these plants be a certain size.  I was assured that they were 12-18" tall.  So I trusted and ordered 12.  LOL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Cannot speak with, text, e-mail, or communicate with a person. Tried to leave a 1 star review and was blocked. So had to give it 5 stars. Customer beware! If they mess up your order, you are out of luck. I will NEVER order from here again.

Last season I purchased 14 Eastern Redbud trees, and 4 Weeping Willow trees. Of the 14 Eastern Redbuds 7 arrived dead. I planted all of them to give them a chance, but 7 are now clearly dead. Of the 4 Weeping Willow trees, 3 arrived dead. Again, I planted all 4, but three are clearly dead. Total dishonesty. My order was repeatedly delayed by months only to be told that it would be the next spring.  Free shipping cost $19.98 and was never refunded. Take your business elsewhere.
