These guys are awesome
Billing is terrible. Nature Hills only want received order and don't care over charged. I had try to get back over charge, no body take response. They offer free shipping, still charged. They offer buy 7+ can get 20% off, still charged me full price. I had try many many way to contact with them, no answers.
There is no way to talk to a person. If you need help you talk to a robot, that do not know anything. really sad.
Don't buy from this company....they 'infer' that there is a one year guarantee, however, the truth is that they do not reply to your request for remittance after trees die within the one year period.
