“I ordered two bare roots plants: a hydrangea and a serviceberry. Both came packed together in a very tall box; probably about 5'. The box arrived in great condition and same with the plants. The serviceberry had a few branches that were snapped in the last few inches, but it was very minor. I soaked both plants overnight in buckets in my garage and planted the next morning.
