“Ordering & receiving bushes went fine although they were shipped too early for my area & cost more than 4 times what I paid for similar bushes at the local nursery (this color/variety was not available locally). The bushes are growing o.k. I contacted customer service to ask a question about the care of the bushes & did receive a sufficient answer to my original question but was told someone else would call be back with more info on another question I had but nobody called back which is why I only gave them three stars. “I ordered two American elm trees. They arrived fast, but, I'm not very experienced in trees, and did not realize they came without leaves and no ball. Basically a dorment stick. Did the best I could..with my experience. . One died and the other one is,leafing out from the bottom 6 inches. I'm disappointed. With my experience I need larger trees. I'm replacing them with bigger more mature trees that areally easier to get established. ”
