I’d give zero stars. notice how no new reviews? It’s because they don’t answer anyone who try to get a refund. I ordered a plant over a year ago and it took one year to finally arrive after much calling and debate; this is where they told me the plant has a one year warranty. Plant arrives infested with spider mites (after it shipped weeks after the order label was created and package was given to UPS). Suddenly the warranty is only three days after receiving the plant. I was so excited when I found the tree I was looking for cascading hearts weeping redbud tree. It arrived and I was a little disappointed that when I got the tree it was basically a 5 ft stick. It showed no life at all but I realize it might take some time for it start showing life but 3 weeks later no sign. I called customer service and they want pictures which Understand and I was told they would review and get back to me. My options were only store credit or pick another tree. I ordered a buckeye tree and it came with only a few roots on the plant. When it arrived, the tree was not even standing in the pot with the dirt in it. I've been trying to reach out to them but nobody returns my email, and the call center has been closed for several days. Do not buy from here!

Be prepared to wait. I placed my order two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I reached out to their customer support, and the response was “You’ll receive an email when your trees leave our nursery.” Aaaaaaand I’m still waiting.
have been patiently waiting for my replacement tree to be shipped from a claim I made one year ago. After checking in a couple times since the claim was made, I was always told that the replacement would ship out in the Spring on 2025. After a week of trying to call with no success, the "chatbot" put me in touch with someone that said that their crop failed and that I could select another item for the same original price. Try calling nobody answers, can't get on their chat line, very difficult to check orders!!!!!
Do not buy from nature hills nursery. I placed an order in June of 2024 that said it would be delivered in a few weeks. As of May 2025, I still have yet to receive my full order. After a 6 months delay, I asked to be refunded and cancel my order but they were going to charge a 20-25% restocking fee on a $500 order. There has been zero proactive communication and lots of wasted hours just trying to get an order they took my money for a year ago.
