Actually go to the Better Business Bureau and look at the page after page of one star reviews....all the ones linked here are either fake or old. This company will not ship and will not refund without a 20% penalty on a non shipped product
This is the worst online plant purchase experience I've ever had. I placed my order in late July 2024. It was very hot, and I expected my plant (Redmond Linden tree) to have a delayed shipping until the summer heat subsided. It never happened. I emailed them 3 times following my order because I never received any notice from them regarding the status of my order. My first email was sent in late September. I ordered 5 Anabelle hydrangeas on 8/21/2024. I've followed up three times to see when they would arrive. I was told that it was too hot to ship in September and the same for October and they would monitor the shipment. Today, 11/25/24, I emailed to find the status of my order as well as to cancel the order because I had not received the plants and it was too late to plant them for this year. Utterly disappointing. I was excited to order 2 beautiful trees and a shrub from Nature Hills. Website said all orders shipped within 10 days. After waiting 2 weeks and having received no notice of shipping I called customer service and was told there was a delay. I waited another 2 weeks (30 days since order placed) and called again and was told the same thing……more delay. This place is nothing but a scam they will take your money and never ship a plant then when you cancel they want 30 per cent of your money for canceling do not buy from this place !!!
Do not do business with this company. They take your order and payment. They do not ship within their designated time frame. They take a cancellation fee and then don’t refund your money within their stated timeframe (10-12 business days). When you contact them they provide no relevant information, are rude and hang up on you.
I ordered plants online in July, and it stated the plants will ship in 7-10 days "weather permitting". My credit card was charged right away. I protested but "your plants have been set aside" was their response. It has been 4 months, !!! I have no recourse through my credit card company....and tomorrow is November, yet no plants, no shipping updates...the weather is not good for four months ?!?. Your shipping policy is tragically inadequate. I've yet to hear when my trees are shipping and have likely missed the planting date for my zone and will now have to try and get them to survive in pots when and if they ever show up! I've been told by your customer service that the delays in shipping are because it's been too hot in Omaha to ship via truck. So how long exactly is your too hot blackout period for in Omaha? Just like everyone else, i ordered about $1,100 worth of trees mid August. Reached out for update many times and told will ship soon. 10/23 and still unfulfilled per their website. Called for refund, told to pay a 20% restock fee. Told just dispute the charge with CC company. Checkout quotes 7-10 days...don't put that if you cant guarantee it. Crazy part is, i ordered mid June this same year..got the trees that week. Its not a weather issue, its a them issue.
