Company is a scam. Ordered product July 11 and here it is October 10 th. Requested 100% refund and they only gave me 90%. Her stocking fee???? Never shipped!!!
You have the worst customer service employees I have ever encountered working your phones. Very disappointing & I am hoping I at least get my order when the weather permits & that the plants are in good condition. You definitely need to do a complete retraining of anyone interacting with customers by phone.
Just sharing my recent purchase experience, ordered 3 trees from nature hills. I received no shipment update until I emailed and inquired about the status of my order. The response was due to weather conditions. Customer service should keep us informed of delays and status of orders. I finally called to cancel my order, only to find out that they have a cancellation fee of 20%, for something they did not ship out. That is not good customer service. -* _*_*_*_* Negative 5 stars - do not order from here, they will not deliver or refund your payment once made. They do not tell you that they will deliver when they feel like it and all they do is blame it on the weather. There has not been a 30 day weather issue anywhere. Yet I still have no ETA on delivery and they will not refund the full payment.
I received plants that was dead or small they did not have a chance ! Communication with company said that was not their problem? Thanks for waste of my time.
Had a horrible experience with them! Never received my order, didn’t provide any updates, kept giving me excuses why it hadn’t shipped - and then when I asked to cancel, told me I’d be charged a 20% restocking fee when it never was sent! Crooks!!!
Disingenuous Customer Service insisted an obviously dead tree would live if planted. Good luck getting satisfsction for a complaint. The dry root nursery biz is not the way to go. Only one and at most two out of five thrive. Two elms were shipped from Oregon over a long, hot holiday weekend. They arrived half dead. I've lost confidence in this company and don't want to do business with them anymore. Yet they refuse to refund over $330. Spend at your own risk!
The business is the worst. I ordered three trees, and they shipped only one. After two months of waiting and not getting anything, I tried emailing to ask about the order, but they did not answer. I disputed the transaction with the bank, and they said the order was canceled because of the disputes, so I owe them the cancellation fee.
They are extremely helpful getting you to make a purchase but their plant guarantee is only 50% of the value so good luck getting the plant you wanted replaced. I was strenuously encouraged to purchase a tree, zone 4, that I knew could be a problem come first winter. Originally, I asked for the shipment to be delayed until spring but their customer service contacted me assuring me that their trees are hardy. $160 tree. Don’t trust the hardiness
