Buyer beware! Poor customer support after the sale! In the fall of 2022 I purchased (3) dappled willows and (1) bottle of root stimulator for $196.01. All (3) dappled willows died through the winter and I decided to pursue Nature Hills Nursery guarantee. I worked with their customer service and sent pictures of the plants and performed a scratch test also at their request and ordered (3) replacements, however, the total came in at $163.42. My local nursery recommended Nature Hills as they didn't carry galaxy peach trees. I paid $125 expecting a normal size tree. When the tree arrived I was shocked how small it was. Measured just 4ft. After going rounds via email with, I don't know who from nature hills, I got nowhere. I had asked for some money back since other peach trees range from $44-50.They basically said tough sh*t after telling me that their trees should be btwn 4-5ft and requesting photos. I purchased 3 'Will/Emer' Emerald Magic Meserve Hollies and they were all a nice size (for shipped plants) plus 100% healthy (with fertilizer still in the pot). They were in #3 pots (2.4 gallons) and the soil was not dried out. I have recommended NatureHills.com to all our neighbors who have complimented us on the 17"x17" plants (which will grow to about 4'x4'). They are already great at 1.5' x 1.5'. I purchased two trees and realized they wouldn't be delivered for a couple of weeks. I wanted to get the trees in the ground, so I decided to purchase from my local nursery and contacted the company within minutes to cancel my order (you have to contact them to cancel the order rather than being able to do it quickly through their website). Even though I cancelled within minutes they charged me a $28 cancellation fee. I wish I could say I had a good experience but after buying a weeping redbud, it came in looking like it was going to be a valuable asset and while many people may think $100 is not a lot I was a little apprehensive about spending $100 on a bear route tree That may or may not last. I received my so called Necterine tree today. What it is is a six inch tall and one and a half inch diameter stump with a one foot shoot on the side of the top. If this grows the weight will break it off at the side of the top . I ordered a tree, not a stump. If I didn’t destroy the box I would send this back to you.I will not recommend you or buy from you again.
I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the 2 hydrangeas we received. They cost $120.00 each, which I have already discovered is way over the usual asking price for these plants, were no more than a foot high and did not have a single green leaf on them. We planted both and one has a few green leaves on it now, but 3 weeks later the other one is showing no signs of life whatsoever. DON'T order from this company. I ordered a magnolia sent to family and it was shipped when it couldn't possibly survive and died. The replacement warranty is a joke and I was told it the tree was viable and sent a you tube video on how to water a tree. I made a huge mistake placing an order from Nature Hills Nursery.
