Great Customer Service!! Very easy to install and does exactly what it says it is supposed to do. I have been pleased with my chemical usage since installing the product. Product began to leak after 3 months. Contacted Zodiac (company that makes Nature 2). Emailed them a picture and copy of the receipt. They shipped me a new one at no cost. They want my other cartridge back so they can try to find out what went wrong. Great customer service!! Rarely do you find a company that takes pride in their product!
