Great Customer Service!! Very easy to install and does exactly what it says it is supposed to do. I have been pleased with my chemical usage since installing the product. Product began to leak after 3 months. Contacted Zodiac (company that makes Nature 2). Emailed them a picture and copy of the receipt. They shipped me a new one at no cost. Junk After running the pool for two months I went out to check my chlorine tablet dispenser and found the top of the Express mineral sanitizer had blown off and minerals all over my equipment. Looks like it happened on the pump shut down previous night.
Can't get the algae to stop. So far I have had the system on my pool for just over a month. I used two pounds of shock once a week and the pool is so green with algae that you can't see a foot in the water. Looking to go back to a salt system.

Does not fit Intex pumps! It says it fits most pumps, But not the best seller in the country!! Disappointing, waited quite a while.. Try flippin frog instead, it’s just a floater, no special equipment.
