The return policy from this company is very difficult. ... The return policy from this company is very difficult. I purchased the filter only and broke the holder trying to replace it. Now they are dragging their feet in the return area!!!!

Over-engineered solution – I bought an easier version Unfortunately mine arrived with parts rattling around but that's not the main issue, the issue is that this is an over-engineered solution IMHO, when the alternative product just drops straight into your pump basket. This is what I bought to replace it and I couldn't be happier: http://amzn.to/2e8HGCq Just make sure you follow the directions for the chlorine levels or you can end up with a purple residue, but keep the chlorine middling to low and you'll be fine.

Wish i would have found sooner! I wish I would have bought one of these sooner. Our chlorine bill has been cut down to virtually nothing this mineral filter will pay for itself before the summer season is over.

Skeptical I replaced my Nature2 cartridge every six months per the instructions for many years, then, about 4 years ago, I stopped. I have a salt water pool with an Aquapure chlorine generator that I run between 20% and 30% during the season, and I just see no difference at all in my 18,000 gallon pool. My water is crystal clear, and I've never had algae. My chemical useage is the same. My chlorine levels are the same (I keep it pretty low). The water is just as clean. So, I'm skeptical, I think pool companies put these sani... read more

Disappointed !!! - Not nearly as good as the product it replaced. I had the original large canister with large cartridge designed for pools up to 25,000 gallons for 18 years. I just replaced with this much smaller cartridge hoping that the item would work as advertised. It does not - in fact this small cartridge doesn't seem to do much of anything. My pool is 17,000 gallons. I could add another one as others have done but I am really concerned about putting another $100 in to this product as I am not even certain that the fi... read more
