Great product, needs alternative install instrx I love this product and have been using it for 8 months. I have a very sensitive skinned child and a 7 seater hot tub. We live in a rural subdivision with community well water. I battle PH like crazy. Once I switched to the Nature2 system it was easier to balance and maintain chemicals, not sure why, but it works and much more cost effective than the bullfrog/bromine stuff.
