Defective Defective or used, as some of the chemical balls had leaked out and were rattling around in the box. I gave 2 stars because the seller gave me a refund.
Product defective and buyer pays return shipping Beeds were leaking out of the cartridge and were loose in the cartridge and box. I had to pay return shipping!
Product damaged Produce arrived damaged and we had to pay shipping to return.
Nature 2 filter This is exactly the same thing. The pool company charge you over $160 for. Exact same product.
Defective! The G35 cartridge I received had the small ball like media loose in the box. I’ve purchased these before and never had this issue. I called Fluidra’s technical support number and was informed that the cartridge was indeed defective, they are shipping out a replacement.
Falling apart The little beads are already falling out of it at the seams.
Defective product! Have used Nature2 for many years and never had this problem before. The little beads are spilling over the top cover of the Nature2 and landing all over the floor of the pool. Ww purchased in March but live in New England so just recently started using it. Contacted seller but they are refusing to help due to time frame. Very disappointed in seller as this is an expensive product. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based upon this experience.
fake!! Valve blew out and had the mineral balls all over my pool within about 5 days. Must have been a remanufactured product, but certainly not posted that way!!
