I'd like to thank Jacklyn, the maintenance people and their spouse who have been so kind to us while our family is going to a tough time. They not only do their assigned jobs but go out of their way to speak words of encouragement and do extra things that you wouldn't normally expect from an apartment complex. They make a great team and this complex is bless to have them. Thanks again!
Ever since Jacqueline has taken over management. There has been an increase in issues being resolved in a timely manner. She is quick to respond to tenant issues and get them fixed. Morale with the tenants is up drastically
My daughter lived there she had a big racoon that crawled up the side of her apartment and would breed every year. She was scared to death one would get inside. You could hear this big racoon all night thumping up above. The kids were terrified. The management would not do anything to help her. They change over every year to another name but its the same people. They should be ashamed to allow this place to continue on. They never do what is right. The maintenance changes every other week. Worst place you could ever live, lived there for 2 yrs and nothing would ever get fixed and I mean never. Since I moved in, my apartment did nothing but leak from the floors and ceiling and they never did fix it. If they did “fix it” within an hour the leaking started again. Don’t even get me started on the mold that we had in the air conditioners and the 3-4 times I was locked in my apartment due to issues with the knob, it was reported as urgent and no one NEVER came out, but is quick to evict you when your having hard tim... read more
