Worst place you could ever live, lived there for 2 yrs and nothing would ever get fixed and I mean never. Since I moved in, my apartment did nothing but leak from the floors and ceiling and they never did fix it. If they did “fix it” within an hour the leaking started again. My mother took me her to tour an apartment. The new property manager, Laniece, was extremely kind and well spoken. Although I went for a tour, I ended up applying. With Laniece’s help, I have the exact unit I wanted. My babies have a place to call home and I couldn’t be more excited. I am unsure of previous management; however, I do know if you work with Laniece, you will not be disappointed. :) 10/10 service and communication.

Place is not well maintained at all, And that’s all the time not just because work is being done. Maintenance took almost 5 months to come look at and fix issues in our apartment and still have things not working or just went back to not working. No point in putting a request in. Looks trashy, needs lot of work done not just on the insides but outside as well. Siding coming off the buildings just dangling there, stairs needs updated, etc. And all of the units are not remodeled. There was a drive by shooting and a drug bust ... read more

I have lived here every since June. I have had zero trouble with staff responding when I need them. Melissa Guerrero has been nothing but helpful and nice to me since day 1. My apartment is nice I've had no problems with maintenance. I feel safe and I love the area. I am close to shopping, necessities and my job! I haven't had problems with my neighbors or anything. I've lived here for almost a yr now it's a nice community place. Never had any problems with staff or maintenance anytime I've needed somthing it's been done in matter of time. There's stores close for grocery shopping pharmacys are close if needed transportation bus line is close there's restaurants close to. They are making a lot of changes to the complex updating it and making it nicer. I like to thank Melissa and the rest of the staff for there kindness keep up the good work
