Verified Renter My experience here at Navigator Villas is great I like the community here nice people and nice calm area to live in I highly recommend living here.
Verified Renter I feel safe in this community, I also love the trail near the apartments for my running/ walking, maintenance is really responsive, and I love having 24 access to the gym. My only notes for room for improvement would to have a bigger gym and pool.

Verified Renter I have had a very positive experience between the relationship with my landlords here at Navigator Villas. They are respectful and responsive. The community is tidy and clean and they do a good job keeping it that way. They are vigilant about current crimes that come and go about the city and the area. I feel safe knowing that Navigator Villas are here with me. This is a good place to call home. Cozy homes, and beautiful on the outside too.

Verified Renter The property is clean and the staff are very professional. The buildings are very nice. Most of the community is quiet. However, you WILL hear your neighbors, and if they like to play loud music you will be unable to sleep in the master bedroom in a duplex due to it's proximity over your neighbors' living room.

Verified Renter Great ..it's always a pleasure to see and talk to the great staff that work here. They do a lot for the community here. I'm thankful for all they do. I lived here for close to over 5 years now. And I just can't see me going anywhere else. Having been through a few personal issue in my life. The staff showed nothing but compassion and overall great friendship and didnt treat me like some stranger. Thank you Riley. And thank you to all staff members for making my stay here a great one.
