Verified Renter I have been with Navigator Villas for almost 2 years now and I love it. The community is great and diverse. Everyone is very kind and minds their own business. The apartments are beautiful and clean. We are in a nice modern area of Pasco, close to a lot of major stores. The office team is very responsive and they take the time to remember your face my your name. Every time I walk in the office it’s a personable experience and I like it.

Verified Renter I really enjoy living here. The townhomes are well appointed with everything we need and rent is reasonable. Management and maintenance is very responsive when issues arise. I wish they had 3 bedrooms though. We've looked around for 3 bedrooms but what we have found has no personal space either one on top the other or townhouses crammed so close. It's also convenient location to many stores and restaurants and medical facilities. My kids are excited for the pool to open up again in a couple months.
