This was the worst experience I ever had with a dentist. The receptionists are sometimes unwilling to accommodate patients experiencing emergencies, but appear friendly. As for the dentist, he is very rude and doesn't listen to or care about the needs of the patients. He refused to listen to my concerns about my tooth months before when I begged to get an appointment, until it turned into a big hole or cavity. Don't waste your time with this practice as they deserve a 0 rating if there was an option!!!! They do not appreciate loyal long-term clients because if you arrive on time for your appointment, you do tend to wait sometimes which is fine and understandable but when the tables are turned and you are running 15 minutes late or so in traffic and call them letting them know, then they cancel your appointment on the spot!!!!. I have been coming to this practice for three years. That is record breaking for someone who was intensely fearful of the dentist.
It was the most painful and bleeding debridement I have ever heard.
I called in at 8am on a Monday morning after suffering from a horrible toothache all weekend long, and by 8:30am, I was in the office being seen. Turns out, I needed a root canal, and again, I didn't have to wait. By 10:30am, I was on my way home.
