For elderly patients try to do as many procedures as possible in lesser visits. It puts a strain on caregivers trying to get the patient to the appointments.

I have a fear of dentist stemming from work done by another clinic. Ironically each time I have been to Naylors it is to address the work done by the prior clinic. I called on Friday afternoon and left a message expecting to get a return call on Monday. To my surprise I got a phone call a few minutes later from the doctor who immediately scheduled me to be seen Monday. Now that's customer service.
Had cavities filled. In and out less than an hour.
