This was my first time with Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates AS WELL AS my first time doing a telemedicine visit. I called early in the morning and their practice was efficient and handled my information + instruction (on using telemedicine and what would occur). I was offered a televisit appointment on the same day I called. I thought the televisit worked well. Dr. Patel logged in on time. He was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr Patel is always very thorough and has good explanations of what he is doing and his plan for me. I am a particularly complex case and he has been sure to stress the importance of certain aspects of my care with me.
