I loved working with Chris! He was very patience and knew what he was doing and did his research before our first meeting and was very honest with me the whole process. I would definitely recommend him and would use him in the future. He made the process of selling the house much easier for me and was there from step one till the end of closing! He was also very responsive and patient with any questions I had a first time seller!

Chris helped us with the sale of 2 houses in a calendar year. Being a military family we bought a house that had to ultimately be sold way earlier than anticipated. He’s very responsive and easy to reach. We would highly recommend him to anyone especially those within the military community needing to talk to someone that understands the process. 6 Stars!

Abe is a wonderful agent to work with. I came in from out of town and he’d allocated the perfect amount of time for us to visit the homes I was interested in. He is also a bit of a tour guide providing interesting knowledge on each area. As far as communication, he answers questions quickly and won’t leaving you hanging - very responsive. I highly recommend Abe as an agent.

Everyone needs Emily as their Realtor!! I am so happy I made the call to contact her, she is the most energetic and passionate about what she does, good vives only attitude. I have had seller agents before but none worked as hard as Mr. Jacobs. Nothing with the selling of my house went smoothly, one thing after another (none of which was his doings). Chris worked so harded each time to get everything on track. Even up during the time of closing, issues occurred at the title company and Chris showed up immediately to identify the problem and took the initiative to make everything right. Yvonne was very helpful in our search for a house. Not only did she go out of her way to videotape a property because we cannot be present, she frequently contacted us to make sure we did not need anything even after we purchased one of the properties she recommended. We will definitely use Yvonne again in the future.
