Very helpful, patient and responsive in a fast moving environment. Looked at numerous homes until the right one for me was found. John was extremely helpful with the strategy we used for the offer given the hot market. I would strongly recommend John if you are in the market for a new home.
Jim’s knowledge of the area we were searching in helped us realize we needed to consider factors we hadn’t even thought of. He helped us go from a buyer with contingencies to a cash buyer using a third party- this changed the game for us and helped us buy our new home and sell our current home on our terms. He was responsive late in the evening and on weekends which is when homebuyers have time to search for homes. Jim is an expert in his field and will be highly recommended to our friends and family!
Amazing realtor. Spent time time to explain the whole process to me as a new home buyer and also explained the details of each home I looked at in depth and thoroughly. Never had an attitude or any bad experiences. Very knowledgeable and patient. Went though 9 offers to finally get accepted to a great offer, which she negotiated in my favor.
