Alfred did a phenomenal job helping us purchase our Home. As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and unfortunately there were many bumps on the road. Mike Gutierrez and his team were excellent all through our buying process. We came to San Antonio from out of town several weekends to look at homes. We started this process in Sept. 2016, and did not find the "perfect" home until March, 2017. In addition, Mike was available to show our daughter homes we were interested in, but couldn't get down right away to see. He was exceedingly patient and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a home in the San Antonio area.
They worked with us over a year as we were transitioning from one city to another. Many times this work required looking at houses over the weekends. Mike Gutierrez was our representative. He could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. Once we made an offer on our new house he and his team quickly took all the steps to ensure the transaction was complete in a timely and professional manner. My wife and I could not have been happier.
What can I say about Alfred! He was spectacular! He answered every question I had, not only about real estate, but the local area as well. He knows everything! Unfortunately my orders fell through and I was not able to move to San Antonio, but if I ever get to go, I will certainly be calling my good pal Alfred again! You should too!
I am looking for land and a new home on the La Vernia area. I stumbled upon Chris through a few mutual friends and the experience has been amazing. Almost completely stress free and kind of refreshing. This process has been far easier than expected thanks to the Neal and Neal Team and Chris' team work and expertise.
Clint and his team were extremely knowledgeable, polite and extremely kind. Only a phone call, text or email away. They made the process of selling more tolerable.
