I truly value this team. Penelope Harper was the consummate professional in every way. Penelope went out of her way to show us many many homes and this occurred over months. While some realtors may dissuade and ask you to compromise on the home you are looking for, Penelope kept searching until we found the perfect house. She then negotiated on our behalf as well as ran interference for us in all the documentation process. She made our life a breeze. I recommend Penelope and the team highly

John is an amazing realtor. Being a first time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect during the home buying process. John made me feel comfortable, and was there with me every step of the way. He was open with his communication and did not feel bothered when I asked him multiple questions. I am so happy to say that John made my overall experience one to remember and I will definitely look to the Neal and Neal team in the future.

Jason Clark was an exceptional realtor. He was very helpful when it came to researching not only the houses I was interested in, but the houses I could afford. He was up to date with all finance information and had a lot of contacts to help me get the best deal. Can't recommend him enough. Flexible schedule and always willing to meet to view prospective houses. I'll be reaching out to him when it's time to sell my current home and buy another.

He is very knowledgeable on his field and keep you posted on any information you may need or you asked for. Is very responsible and shows a lot of respect and courtesy dealing with customers. He has been very involved and helpful during our process of acquiring a lot, finding a builder and a loan officer so far. We really like working with him and greatly recommend him as a realtor. He has met our expectations.

My wife and I sold our home in southeast San Antonio with the Neal and Neal team. It was a great experience and we couldn't be happier. They made everything very easy for us and we're always prompt on returning phone calls and giving us the Information we needed on selling our house.
