The whole team was great! Alfred was very patient with us as we embarked on our long journey to find our new home. He was very knowledgeable about every neighborhood we searched and about the entire process. We've bought homes before, but he still managed to point out items to us that we never realized were important in our previous purchases. We will definitely call the Neal & Neal Team in our future real estate ventures.

I worked exclusively with Clint Neal and his team. The experience was great, painless and quick. I gave him a time frame for when I wanted my home sold and he ran with it. I loved their marketing strategy. Their coming soon feature built a buzz around my home and as soon as we hit the market we were flooded with requests for showings. I've worked with several realtors over the years, nobody is as good as this team. They answer questions for you that you would not even think to ask. They were very accessible at all times of the day including weekends when I called with a random question that popped into my head. They are very good at negotiating price and terms as well and are not afraid to try and get a very good deal on your behalf. I will refer them in the future and will be using them again myself in the future.

My husband and I chose to work with the Neal & Neal Team when we decided to purchase our first home and I'm so glad that we did! Alfred didn't have to help us look for a rental home. But coming out of town was so hard to know anything and he was always fast to respond and helped us so much with everything. We will for sure be needing Alfred again when we buy our next home.
