This was the best experience I have ever had , not only did Shane explain the process of listing the house, what his team would do during the showing of the house and advising me on the best way to ready the house for the showings. The house sold on the 3rd day of listing! How great was that! The team assisted and answered all my questions before closing and of course Shane was there at the Closing. Shane was phenomenal to work with!! He did a great job explaining the process of selling our home and was very up front and informative so there were no surprises along the way.
