I would recommend Clint and his team to anyone, in fact I already have recommended him to a few friends! He's a great realtor and also has a great assistant named Trang. He got us more money for our old house than we ever thought we'd get and got us in a new house which is the house of our dreams.

Shane Neal was great to work with! Shane helped us sell our home and buy a beautiful brand new one. He had very helpful information and put together a strong presentation to sell our existing home and was there for us to answer all of our questions through the buying process. Shane did a great job from start to finish. The house was listed and the next day we had 9 showing and we accepted an offer that day for over asking. Closing took place 30 days later. Everything was handled in a professional manner. Would recommend.

We were referred to Mr. Clint Neal by an acquaintance to help us list our home. He was very knowledgable and brought us a report of our neighborhood with market trends in the area. The Neal's group marketing program was above of what we had seen out there. They sent a photographer to take pictures of our house and after viewing the pictures we wanted to buy our own house, they were very professional looking. We loved working with Shane Neal when we were looking for a house in San Antonio. We were relocating from Austin and could only come down to look on weekends. Shane was great about being available to show us homes when we had a few hours on Saturday or Sunday. He also never rushed us into making a purchase and was patient as our house-buying criteria evolved. We also appreciated his attention to details about each house that we often missed. He wanted us to be happy with whatever we eventually bought. And we are!
