Extremely Rude, Terrible experience. Reached out to him at the beginning of our process. Stated that we had too much debt. This guy is a scam. Don't fall if he tries to give any lender credits to lurke you. He lies infinite times ans when he can't do it, he would stop responding to your messages and calls. He doesn't care even if you are 1 day close to closing date and would just stop responding while he would be telling you everything is approved on your mortgage. Stay away from him if you wanna save yourself money,time and if you wanna actually buy the house.

This guy has a huge ego issue and lies about almost everything.Read the whole thing before deciding to do a loan with him. 1.
