Very helpful, professional, efficient customer service by phone. Their business model makes a lot of sense. No gimmicks, just basic gutters and keep them clear. No other installers I contacted offered scheduled cleaning and inspection. When there was a miscommunication on installation project scope they made it right two days later -- no questions, no nickel-and-diming. Very satisfied!
Customer service over the phone was great and they arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. The only downside was that there were still pine needles showing from the second story where a have a gutter guard. They explained to me that the pine needles were stuck in the holes of the gutter guard and they couldn't get them out by sweeping or with the hose.
