I cannot give Ned Stevens a top rating yet because I could not see how clean all the gutters have become after the service. The one I can see from one of the bedrooms did not show really "clean". Hence, I reserve the right to be on the conservative rating right now.

They did NOT remove items taken from the gutter. Old coverings were left on the front door. The gutter still drips.

Their service was outstanding in all respects and responsive to my needs. The Ned Stevens crew was professional, polite and accommodating. When finished, my gutters were clean and my property looked just like it did before their arrival, a not so easy feat given the amount of mossy sludge removed.
They did a good job but try and sell you all kinds of extra services.
They were timely in their responsiveness and thoroughly explained the service beforehand. I appreciate the follow-up!
