!st customer rep wanted to charge me in order for me to know when the technician was coming to my home. I told her I wanted to be there when they arrived. When technicians arriver, they did not tell me they were at my home, not did they inform when they left. They did to explain anything to me nor tell me what problem was found. When I called the office, the 2nd customer rep was very rude and unprofessional with me. I asked for a written report; she proceeded to give me information by phone. They ran my credit card for $194 on a Friday and said someone would be out either Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday. Fast forward an entire week, no one came or called. I called them the next Saturday asking when someone would come out and they said in the next few days. They came on Monday, 10 days after I was originally charged. I have a few suggestions: 1. I had contacted Ned Stevens about cleaning my gutters 3 weeks ago and was told i would receive prompt gutter cleaning. I have a large house, so I was unaware they did not come to complete the task before I installed gutter covers with another company over the entire system. Received a phone call few minutes after I requested online for a roof gutter cleaner last December 7, 2018, Friday. I was impressed initially. Ned Stevens took all my credit card information even the security code. I inquired if they can come in the following day which was Saturday, December 8, 2018. He said they can't come in that Saturday but stated they'll come by next week depending on the weather (btw, weather was perfect the following week. I hired them Dec 6th. They said would come out and bill me after work done. They called twice before Dec 20th to say still backed up and will get to me. Dec 30th - Still haven't been out. While I understand bad weather delays, weather has been unseasonably mild this month. Terribly disappointed. Unreliability from vendor of this size is inexcusable.

Called for a gutter cleaning in Nov. when I called two weeks after to ask when it would be done they told me that they don,t work when it is below 38 and that it was cold but they have crews set up and working when they can. Be patient they have me on the list . After another two weeks they told me the same and would perform the service when they can. When I told them to cancel the service and return my fees they were able to clean the gutters the next day.

I called this company in the Fall to schedule gutter cleaning for the first week of November. When no one called to confirm appt. I called them and was told it would be done the 2nd week in November. Here it is December and a crew shows up as I was leaving. There was ice in the gutters and I wasn't sure how the cleaning would proceed. The crew also did not speak English so it was hard to communicate what was going to happen. When I got home I found a black bag with some ice chunks in it and some leaves.
