Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Very efficient and quick. Very clean around the house after the completion of the job. We have scheduled a fall cleaning in advance.

Very professional. Came out 3 days after I called them
They did the job extremely well, the only problem (nothing really major), was the fact that they left 3 plastic bags with the garbage on the street when they left. I would have expected them to take all the garbage or ask me what to do, where to put the bags. They simply left them on the street.
Wasn't thrilled at first because I was told the service would be in 1 week or less and had to call back after a week to find out why they never showed. Rep informed me that the dryer vent cleaning that was added at end of call was reason. I was not informed that. He rectified matter by having it done in 2 days.
Very professional. Did the work that was asked. Evaluated state of gutters and made recommendations.

While there was a delay due to understandable weather, I expected a phone call to schedule. After paying for the service, I ended up calling after 10 days. The team that came was prompt, polite, thorough, efficient. No complaints!
