Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I had two sites cleaned. Future rain will determine the quality of work. However, on both tickets there were comments made concerning recommended future improvements. Upselling?

Did a great job in my gutters. Bagged all the leaves and put them out on the curb as well.
They came earlier than expected before snowstorm, so I was extremely happy. They actually came back again in the rain and did additional work! Great job thanks!!!
Work was well done in a timely manner. Only glitch was because I contracted for two side by side properties and crew had only one on schedule, however a call to customer service was able to rectify the situation just before crew left for next job.

Did the job
Had to listen to an upsell on gutters. We just wanted a cleaning. Called on Thursday and Customer Service said they would come on either Thursday or Friday. They did not show up until Monday. Also, they wanted payment over the phone before the job was done. I'm not used to this so I assured them I would pay after the job was completed and we were satisfied. Did so, as soon as their men left. They did an excellent job on the gutter cleaning!!
