Had to listen to an upsell on gutters. We just wanted a cleaning. Called on Thursday and Customer Service said they would come on either Thursday or Friday. They did not show up until Monday. Also, they wanted payment over the phone before the job was done. I'm not used to this so I assured them I would pay after the job was completed and we were satisfied. Did so, as soon as their men left. They did an excellent job on the gutter cleaning!!

The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that I was automatically signed up for their email left after calling for a quote.
