Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Overall great job on the gutter cleaning, itself, for a reasonable price. One significant complaint, however: I was assured the workers would do all work from ladders, and I specifically stated that I did not want anyone walking on my roof (which they assured me would not happen). I arrived home a little while before they finished the job to see one of their guys standing on my roof, with a hose draped over the peak of the roof.
