It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Contacted them on the weekend and they had someone out to clean my gutters before the end of the week as promised. The only concern I had was wanting to get a card number for payment before anyone came out but after the job was done I received an email with my paid invoice. They also will try to get you to sign up for future cleanings and other services, which I didn't really like but overall it was a positive experience.
The came and did what they said they would do. They didn't really disturb me. They also bagged all of the debris.
It was fine.
They did not show up when they promised, but only 2 days later... I did not have to be home for them to be able to do their work - but still that was a little annoying. Also - they are the only company i have talked to, that requested the payment in advance. The overall result of their work was fair (just cleaning the gutters) and they did it pretty quickly. maybe 30 minutes.
Responded within 24 ours of request. Gave a detailed report following the gutter cleaning. Repaired a downspout. Cost for two story home $175 which I thought was reasonable

The service was great, but the price was a bit high. I'll probably call around a few more times next time I need the gutters cleaned. Still, happy with the service I received.
They were efficient and were able to complete the job very quickly.
