Asked for gutter cleaning. Recommended that I should replace my gutters. Gutters replaced. Very efficient in installing new gutters.

I was pleased with the work quality, but not pleased I was being charged extra due to the gutter guards, even when the service agent said it would not be a problem. They wanted to charge an additional $75 disposal fee for removing the metal guards but customer service was willing to negotiate.

The only minor issue was scheduling - they charged me before coming out and it took a week, but I was pleased with their work and customer service. They even did an inspection that included information about problems with my landlord's roof. Very thorough.
