I was somewhat put off by the initial hard sell of an ongoing cleaning plan when all I wanted was a one-time cleaning. It took a couple times of me saying I wasn't interested for the guy to relent. I also got resistance when I said I was going to call around for other estimates, though it did lead to him dropping the price from $165 to $140.
