Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I was somewhat put off by the initial hard sell of an ongoing cleaning plan when all I wanted was a one-time cleaning. It took a couple times of me saying I wasn't interested for the guy to relent. I also got resistance when I said I was going to call around for other estimates, though it did lead to him dropping the price from $165 to $140. I could not be more please. They actually removed gutter covers that I didn't realize were still there, it cost a little more, but it was worth it, they hauled them away at no extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves. Prompt and courteous. They even removed a couple of overhanging small branches as a professional courtesy.
The work quality was good, however the contractor left the items cleared from the gutter at my front door in a black garbage bag . But no follow up call or reason why it was left there.????
