It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

The team was able to come out faster than I expected and did a great job quickly.
Didn't know when they were going to show up, unable to set an exact time so I could be home to show them my trouble area
Excellent customer service. The technicians that did the work were very professional. I knew my gutters were falling apart when I had them cleaned, so I requested a estimate for replacing them. I was amazed at the price quoted, much less than expected. Needless to say I have new gutters and as expected the service was great.
They were very quick and very happy with their service.
If it were not for the new downspout, which matched the house perfectly, I would not know they were there. Absolutely no mess left behind.
Their service was very prompt...they were at my house the next morning to do my gutters. I liked that they used a hose to flush out the gutters even though water splashed on my windows and doors. Fortunately, I had not yet washed them. Their initial price was too high but they gave me a discount even though I knew I could get it done for even less than that. Customer service on the phone is quite good aside from the fact they try selling other services.

The men showed up to do the work and began without knocking on my front door as I was told they would do. They went right to work and cleaned the gutters and reset all the nails that were popping out and reset in place one of the gutters that had sagged. Overall the work was done efficiently and professionally. It was difficult to converse with them as one spoke no English and the other very little. Luckily a friend of mine dropped by just at the right time who spoke Spanish and could translate what I was trying to ask them.... read more
