Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

They were very quick and very happy with their service.
If it were not for the new downspout, which matched the house perfectly, I would not know they were there. Absolutely no mess left behind.
Their service was very prompt...they were at my house the next morning to do my gutters. I liked that they used a hose to flush out the gutters even though water splashed on my windows and doors. Fortunately, I had not yet washed them. Their initial price was too high but they gave me a discount even though I knew I could get it done for even less than that. Customer service on the phone is quite good aside from the fact they try selling other services.

The men showed up to do the work and began without knocking on my front door as I was told they would do. They went right to work and cleaned the gutters and reset all the nails that were popping out and reset in place one of the gutters that had sagged. Overall the work was done efficiently and professionally. It was difficult to converse with them as one spoke no English and the other very little. Company was the first to call me to provide quiote. The lower rating for customer service and value was based on two things: 1.) Lower estimates from others (by 15-25%) 2.) They shared that they could do the job in the next two days; After a phone call a week later they came out in two days after. I really wanted the job done asap, and was disappointed that they weren't more accurate in their scheduling.
Very satisfied. The crew was very polite, did a great job, and cleaned all the debris, would definatly hire them again.

Very professional technicians. Advised me of some problems with my gutters. After cleaning the gutters they cleaned up all the debris that had fallen from the gutters. Very good job will hire and recommend again. Excellent, professional, very pleasant customer service .
