We ended up having to have them come back out after the initial gutter cleaning and the customer service group immediately handled the issue and scheduled the second visit. The service was acceptable.
Prompt and reasonable. Did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Even took care of an issue that I wasnt aware of while here. Would rehire!
Being my first time ever using a gutter cleaning service I was very surprised to find that they just show up, clean, and are gone. I had no idea there would be no one available that spoke English to discuss issues with. This was extremely frustrating however their home office did bend over backwards to make me happy when I called them.
