Not the greatest experience, but not the worst either. I didn’t receive a notification about the technicians coming to clean my gutters, and later found out the wrong number was on file. My grill wasn’t covered during the service, and this is how it was left afterward. I did call and speak with a representative to share my feedback — she was professional, understanding, and offered a 10% discount on my next cleaning. Four days ago Ned Stevens Co cleaned my gutters. They removed my gutter covers without my permission and didn’t put them back. We spoke with a Ned Steven representative about the situation. He tried to be dismissive about the situation and stated he would call back. I informed a Ned Representative of an incident with them in 2022 regarding removing my gutters without my permission, they had to come back & put the back and didn’t want it to happen again. Overall I would not recommend them. I used them for gutter cleaning. They don’t tell you when they are coming in advanced. After the cleaning (when I wasn’t home), the gutters seem only partially cleaned. The pictures they sent after the job don’t even show the gutters they supposedly cleaned. Also the constant attempt to sell me additional services is really annoying (800 dollars to remove from tree branches from the roof is insane). Terrible! Every time they come to clean our gutters and downspouts they miss cleaning multiple downspouts. They also do not replace the screens that prevent leaves from going into the underground drainage. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it continues to happen. This fall they had to come out 3 times because they continued to miss downspouts even though they knew they were sent back out because they missed them the first and second time. Very easy to communicate with and explained everything well. Cleaned up after they were done was great. They were fast and efficient. I’d definitely call for service in the future.
