Not the greatest experience, but not the worst either. I didn’t receive a notification about the technicians coming to clean my gutters, and later found out the wrong number was on file. My grill wasn’t covered during the service, and this is how it was left afterward. I did call and speak with a representative to share my feedback — she was professional, understanding, and offered a 10% discount on my next cleaning. Four days ago Ned Stevens Co cleaned my gutters. They removed my gutter covers without my permission and didn’t put them back. We spoke with a Ned Steven representative about the situation. He tried to be dismissive about the situation and stated he would call back. I informed a Ned Representative of an incident with them in 2022 regarding removing my gutters without my permission, they had to come back & put the back and didn’t want it to happen again. We recently had our fall gutter clean-out. I love that they always give a heads up when they're on their way. Amalio and Victor were great! Very Thorough! Efficient! Took great care of our property and let us know of any issues they found. 👍👍

I have no way of knowing if the job of gutter and downspout cleaning was completed according to the plan. I was leaving when the men arrived. I have to assume they are clean and flushed. There were no problems reported. I would have appreciated more thorough removal of the leaves in the area of my bushes.

I only give 4 out 5 because I didn’t get a ladder and go up to check. HaHa. We have never had an issue with the service and have used them a few years now. They also informed us a couple loose shingles on the roof were not ours. Must have blown over from neighbors. Happy with Ned’s! Thanks!
