Terrible! Every time they come to clean our gutters and downspouts they miss cleaning multiple downspouts. They also do not replace the screens that prevent leaves from going into the underground drainage. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it continues to happen. This fall they had to come out 3 times because they continued to miss downspouts even though they knew they were sent back out because they missed them the first and second time. Victor and Juan did an amazing job on my whole house soft wash. They were so thorough and got hard stains and vines off my house. Victor went above and beyond to save a baby bunny! Will definitely use again in the future.

Decent job. Not much to do for gutter cleaning. Showed up in timely manner. Also non stop calling from a private number leaving voicemails for bogus sales and services. How do you make it stop? Who knows. But I'll be sending them an invoice every time I receive a call.

I'm very pleased with work done by Ned Stevens company. The gutters were installed professionally. They followed up. And when I mentioned a small imperfection I wanted addressed, they promptly sent David and Torres to fix it. They were both professional and made sure I was happy with the work they did, which I absolutely was. Again, I highly recommend Ned Stevens.

We had new gutters installed a couple of months ago and they look fantastic! We just had our first scheduled cleaning. Ned’s makes the entire process so easy. We were not at home but we were notified they were coming within the hour. There was a placard on the door indicating that the service we completed. You would never even know they were there! No mess!
