Four days ago Ned Stevens Co cleaned my gutters. They removed my gutter covers without my permission and didn’t put them back. We spoke with a Ned Steven representative about the situation. He tried to be dismissive about the situation and stated he would call back. I informed a Ned Representative of an incident with them in 2022 regarding removing my gutters without my permission, they had to come back & put the back and didn’t want it to happen again. They may want to take away this guys license. Cut me off twice on I-90 going to the airport in the construction zone. Came into my lane, no merge or signal to come into my lane. I see him laughing in the side view and I try to leave the lane and he CUTS ME OFF A SECOND TIME. Wreckless driving in a construction zone will get you some bad reviews. Probably don’t want to contract these guys and have them driving in your neighborhood. What a joke.
Terrible! Every time they come to clean our gutters and downspouts they miss cleaning multiple downspouts. They also do not replace the screens that prevent leaves from going into the underground drainage. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it continues to happen. This fall they had to come out 3 times because they continued to miss downspouts even though they knew they were sent back out because they missed them the first and second time. Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning did a fabulous job. Very professional crew. They were in and out without ever bothering me. They picked up all the debris. I mean nothing left on the ground from the gutters. The guys bagged all the debris and left it out front for pickup exactly where I leave my yard waste for pickup. You couldnt ask for a better crew.
