Ned’s provides good work and service. My only complaint is they just show up with no advance notice. This is an issue because you need to be home for the service and if you’re not home, the service cannot be completed.

Came out on a Sunday without notice, we had a bad storm june 11th , I had a roofer co.e out to check, video my roofer it was cleaned nothing in gutters, your guys came out took 5 minutes and billed me, I tried calling when they text me they were coming that Sunday, very unprofessional will not use again

Prices are exorbitant. No prior notice before showing up to clean. It's nearly impossible to cancel the service.

This is to inform you that I did NOT authorize any work to be done at my home prior to October or early November 2026, and certainly not on June 2, 2026. I spoke with your representative on May 13, 2026, to cancel my service permanently. Your representative then offered to change our agreement to ONE gutter cleaning per year, to be completed in October or early November, and to offer the option of a payment plan for that service if needed at that time. This is the first time I did not know they were there. I did not hear anybody on my roff only thing I heard was someone ringing my bell and put the tag on the door did not even put a note on the tab, letting me know if something was wrong with my gutters. Don’t even know if they were clean
