Don’t waste your time trying to stop by the atm, it never works. To their credit they recently put in a new one. Guess what? It doesn’t work either.
I went into this credit union on a busy weekend and was quickly greeted and assisted. To say I had a million and a half questions is saying it lightly. However, the assistant manager and the personal banker I dealt with were highly professional and answered all of my questions. I also had a toddler with me who they both helped keep entertained and I reviewed my options and made the best decisions for my family. I am so happy I took the plunge and made the switch. Avoid this credit union at all costs (or it will cost you in the long run). I recently was traveling and tried to put a travel note on my account. After getting through all the information needed to have them access my account, and telling them the pertinent information to my travel plans, Craig hung up on me. No verification to wether or not it was noted in account. I waited a while thinking he accidentally hung up, and would call me back. I was mistaken on that thought. The wait to reach an automated teller at the drive up is sometimes WAY too long, I've waited 20 minutes before more than twice. The phone number does not make it easy to get a live person and when I did get to the right line the hold wait is always WAY too long, also happened more than 4 times. THE PERSONAL TELLERS: I sit there for a good 6-8 minutes, there has been a time I waited for 10 minutes for someone to pop on. Why does it take so long, you don’t want us coming into the branch for that so maybe hire more personal tellers?
