I have been banking with Neighbors since the mid 1990s when it was postal credit union. I was happy until I suffered a job loss and was contacted by on of the collections department representatives. I was treated very unprofessionally. She was very rude and could care less about my situation. I was 12 days late on my payment. 12 days! She treated me like I was nobody important at all!
