I was very pleased with the salesman, installer and telephone girl. you have always treated me with excellent service. I had a second bid from another company and you were able to reduce your cost to meet his. I was a little disappointed that I had to get a second bid in order to get a better rate. I am a long time customer (even used you in rental property) and I would have hoped you gave me the best price without having to negotiate. there annual service agreement is also less than yours.
